Your package shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via India Post with tracking. For shipments that are heavy we use Business parcel from India Post and for all other lightweight articles, we send them via Speed Post or Express parcel based on the service availability..
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
For articles that are sent via Speed post, the delivery time is approx 2-3 days from the day of shipping. The order is updated with the tracking number and it can be used to locate the item in transit. The product is transported by Air.
For items shipped via Express Parcel, It takes about 3-5 days for delivery. Express parcels are chosen when product weight is heavier. Express parcel items are sent by Air.
For items sent via Business Parcel, it takes about 7-10 days for the items to be delivered. This is used for heavier shipments.
How do I track my order
All India Post shipments can be tracked via the following link. Please use the tracking number sent to you via an email as part of your order status to track.
How do I cancel an order on GardenGuru.in?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If you have paid for the order via Amazon Payments using Pay with Amazon option during checkout, please navigate to
https://paywithamazon.amazon.in/ and proceed.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
-No refund will be possible.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product and we will take necassary action.
